Terms of Service

Anvay Me is a product of Anvay Innolabs LLP ("Anvay Innolabs", "we", "us"). These Terms govern your access to and use of anvayme.in and the Anvay Me application (the "Service"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

You are responsible for content you publish, for keeping your credentials secure, and for activity under your account. You must meet the age and legal-capacity requirements applicable to you.

Premium workspace members use separate accounts. Sharing passwords is not a supported team-access method.

You may not use the Service to host or link to illegal content, malware, phishing pages, deceptive payment destinations, spam, or content that infringes another person's rights. We may suspend accounts or content that violate these Terms or present a material safety risk.

Anvay Me charges 0% platform commission on creator sales, tips or payments made through links on a creator page. This does not mean all payments are fee-free: payment providers, banks, taxes and other third parties may charge their own fees.

Anvay Me subscription billing is separate from creator payment links.

Starter, Pro and Premium base prices exclude applicable GST. Applicable tax is displayed and added at checkout. Paid plans may renew according to the billing cycle selected until cancelled. Payment processing may be provided through supported third-party payment providers such as Cashfree, PayU, Razorpay, or another configured provider.

You can cancel according to the controls made available in your dashboard; paid entitlement remains through the applicable paid period unless a refund or payment reversal changes that entitlement. See our Refund Policy.

Your anvayme.in/username identity remains the canonical Anvay Me address. Eligible plans may connect custom domains. Domain configuration depends on DNS and hosting-provider verification and can be disabled after paid entitlement expires.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms. You may request or initiate account deletion through supported account controls. Public access is removed or disabled as part of that process, with cleanup handled according to technical, billing and legal requirements.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated where appropriate. Continued use after changes take effect may constitute acceptance to the extent permitted by law.
